Ut2k3 and CPL

Все, конечно, ждут выхода УТ2К3. Но будет ли он популярен, вот вопрос! Я думаю, что здесь уместна пословица - не конфеткой так палкой!
Вот и теперь CPL явно заставляет большую часть народу перейти на Унриал! Как, спросите вы. А очень просто. Они анонсировали зимний ивент, где будет выделено 100 000 бакинских только на Унриал и конечно же столько же на контру, но давайте не будет о грустном ;)

Hi Everyone

I have a few announcements for our loyal forum readers about the winter event before we announce it to the general press.

1. The winter event will be at the Hyatt Regency Dallas from Dec 17 through Dec 21, 2002.

2. We are blocking 200 hotel rooms this time (twice as much as we blocked for the Summer event) but we are certain that the event will fill up fast and that all rooms will be quickly taken. Therefore, we recommend that as soon as we announce that the hotel is accepting reservations that you reserve your room ASAP. The rates are identical to the ones we have for the summer event.

3. We will have two main tournaments at the winter event, UT2K3 and CS with at least $100,000 in cash and two minor ones. We will have more announcements on that later.

4. This event is also primarily sponsored by Intel and the Pentium 4 Processor.

5. The online registration for the winter event will open *after* the summer event and we have a slightly larger BYOC and of course larger tournaments.
